Most fire-rated openings are considered compliant when carrying a 20 minute rating. We also have the matching capabilities to ensure your frames are accurately prepped for hardware. Each rated frame carries our fire label, your assurance that our frames meet the rating standards and conform to ASTM, NFPA, and UBC.
45, 60, 90 Minute
Frequently there are opening conditions that require ratings higher than 20 minute. Ratings of 45, 60, and even 90 are sometimes needed, and it used to be those ratings were typically limited to metal or aluminum, which are often undesirable for projects that specify the warmth and natural beauty of wood. ICS has the answer for that with our line of 45, 60 and 90 minute veneered frames that are available in a variety of species. Available profiles include loose t-stop, single rabbet and double rabbet.
